I lived 15 years in Panama, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and the Dom. Rep. to follow my dream of bringing Danish cigars back to the market. With years of experiments and great scientific help from my Danish PhD friend in food science, we managed to bring the first Umami fermented tobacco to the market. Search google for "Umami Blend" and you will find a lot of pictures. If I had just known about Ultrasound-Assisted Fermentation back then lots of time consuming mistakes could have been avoided....
